After earning her dental degree in 2009 from one of the top dental programs across the United States, the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Yari began her career focusing on clinical excellence and patient empowerment as the head of one of the most significant dental office in the east side of the island. Committed to improving health outcomes, they emphasize holistic, data-driven treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. This experience and her husband’s, Ruben Delgado, management experience encouraged her to start her own multi-provider practice in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Bella Family Dental.

From One to Two: The Growth Story of Bella Family Dental

What began as a single, thriving dental practice quickly blossomed into a multi-location operation due to a commitment to optimum patient care, innovative treatments, and a strong community presence.

After establishing the first Bella Family Dental, Dr. Yari and Ruben quickly realized they were not just providing routine dental care but were building lasting relationships with patients who valued personalized, high-quality service. Word of mouth, glowing reviews, and an ever-growing patient base led to a steady stream of referrals, creating demand that exceeded the capacity of the original office. “Phone calls were coming from all over, especially everywhere in Miami. That’s when I realized, ok, I think we have something big in our hands. We need to provide a closer location to those people commuting from almost two hours to our Pembroke Pines location”, shared Bella Family Dental CEO & Managing Partner Ruben Delgado. “But no, we had no plans and never thought this could become this big. When I tell you that our team of doctors and team members are Godsent, I’m not kidding,” – added Mr. Delgado.

Rather than merely expanding the services at the existing location in Pembroke Pines, Florida Dr. Yari and Ruben recognized an opportunity to make a broader impact by extending the practice’s unique approach to dental care to nearby communities. The decision to open a second location was driven by the desire to offer the same level of compassionate, cutting-edge dentistry to more patients while maintaining the values that made the first practice so successful.

The second location, which opened on June 15th, 2021, in Doral, Florida, was designed with the same servant leadership foundation that embraces our family, patient-first philosophy in mind, incorporating the latest dental technology and offering a range of services from general dentistry to cosmetic procedures. “To me, Doral is a united, upbring, and unique community, and it is the center of South Florida. Anyone can make it to Doral within 30 mins from anywhere,” – replied Mr. Delgado. The expansion was not only a response to demand but a reflection of the company’s commitment to excellence and growth. By replicating the successful model of the first location prioritizing patient comfort, convenience, and results- Dr. Yari ensured the second location could deliver the same exceptional care that had become synonymous with Bella Family Dental. “It’s like I always say, success is contagious, and we experience it firsthand within our vision, and the great team of doctors and professionals stand next to us. We call it Bellaculture,” – expressed Dr. Yari.

Today, Bella Family Dental’s growth continues, focusing on providing top-tier dental care while building a culture of trust, integrity, and professionalism at both locations.

Beyond the Bella Family, Dr. Yari and Ruben advocate for healthcare technology, regularly contributing to discussions on telemedicine, digital health tools, leadership and patient-centric innovations. Whether it’s educating patients about preventive health or exploring new frontiers in medical advancements, Dr. Yari strives to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and compassionate. They enjoy spending time with their family, playing golf with their daughter,
advocating within their community, or chilling with their 16-year-old “Puerto Rican miniature schnauzer” Princesa.
